What is a blood pressure gauge used for?
The aneroid blood pressure gauge is used in conjunction with a standard blood pressure nylon cuff  and is attached to a bulb and valve. The nylon cuff wraps around the patient's bicep which is attached to a twin set of tubing. As the nylon cuff is tightened and released around the arm, the blood pressure gauge visually shows the systolic and diastolic pressure readings in mmHg.
