Atria 3100 Features:

What is an ECG device?
Also known as an EKG, an ECG (electrocardiogram) tests the electrical activity in the heart. You will be asked to lie on a table, usually wearing a hospital gown and the doctor will attach little electrodes to your chest, connecting you to the ECG device. As you lie very still and quiet, the ECG will graphs your heart beats.
This cardio diagnostic tool is used to monitor the heart following unexplained chest pain; to check the effectiveness of a mechanical device, such as a pacemaker; after taking heart or other medications; or even to monitor the heart while other conditions are present, such as diabetes, smoking, and high blood pressure and cholesterol.
