With the raised dial starting all the way down toward the raised minus (-) sign, the user simply moves the click dial towards the raised plus (+) sign the number of times (or distinct audible "clicks") per unit of insulin needed. There is one raised dot for the first bottle and two for the second for easy insulin bottle identification and mixing, and the "clicks heard by the dial are clearly audible for unmistakable accuracy.
