What should I avoid when wrapping an arm or leg?

Answer - Try to avoid wrinkling or crossing the bandage when wrapping as can add to much pressure and irritate the injured area. Leave fingers and toes exposed and check frequently for circulation. If wrapped too tightly the circulation can be cut-off and the limb can become numb. Always start with a rolled-up bandage for easier application, and always clean the injured area before applying. 

How do I apply an Elastic Bandage?

Answer - First start by wrapping in the middle of the foot and slowly overlap the ankle as you work your way up to the shin. Continue wrapping until the ankle is securely covered. Secure the elastic bandage down with the two metal clips that were supplied in the package. Check throughout the day to make sure the bandage is securely in place and it is comfortable.
