This disposable speculum is like Welch Allyn's 590 Series vaginal specula, but with one added feature:  the sheath. Each specula is equipped with a transparent sheath that easily pulls down to protect the speculum light source from contamination. With this speculum's improved ergonomics and smooth design, it is easy to use and gentle on the patient. The color-coded sizing system makes these economical specula easy to identify, and they are individually wrapped to ensure cleanliness.
