Molnlycke Lyofoam T Foam Dressings are specially designed with a “cross cut” to fit around medical tubing. Each sterile foam dressing is great for low to moderate wound exudate and provides moisture control for the optimal wound environment. Lyofoam dressings are easy to apply and remove, prevent wound maceration and “strike through” from infection. 3.5” x 3.5” in size, 10 per box.

1. Insert tube, cannula or pin, following recommended aseptic technique. Remove dressing from pouch and locate pre-cut "cross." 

2. Position the dressing carefully around tube, cannula or pin, then secure.

3. Don't fully cover the Lyofoam T dressing with occlusive films or tapes because they reduce water vapor loss, which can impair the effectiveness of the dressing.
