 What are non adherent dressings made of?

The absorbent inner layer is made with 70% Rayon and 30% Polyester.

Why are non adherent dressings different than regular gauze pads?

Non adherent dressings won't stick to the wound and disrupt healthy, healing tissue and reversing any progress the wound has made. Regular gauze pads can actually adhere to the wound and when removed can rip newly grow skin tissue.

Non Adherent Dressing Tips:

• Before applying dressing, clean and dry wound area.
• Let air dry.
• Change dressing if it becomes saturated with fluid.
