The 1115290 replacement bed pendant is only designed for Invacare hospital style twin sized beds for home or in healthcare settings like: Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities.

The best way to quickly identify the pendant you will need is to look underneath the frame of the bed. You will see a silver identification label from the manufacture; every Hospital style bed has one. Every Hospital bed for the last 25 years has been labeled from the manufacture to identify there, make and model of bed. On the silver colored label will be a Model number, if it has 5410-IVC or 5490-IVC this bed pendant with work for your particular bed.

I was very pleased with the perfect part description for my Invacare Hospital bed. I was quoted $200 from my local hospital supply to order this part.
