Skil-Care Anti-Thrust Cushion is a wheelchair cushion that is used to control forward sliding. Instead of using a pommel in the front, this comfortable raised wedge helps maintain neutrality in the pelvis and improve posture. The high-density foam makes the cushion comfortable while relieving pressure. The contoured base is available in soft or firm. Depending on the type of wheelchair or seat that is being used, will determine which base to choose. The Skil-Care Anti-Thrust Cushion comes in a foam only or a gel-foam with a water-based gel pod in the tailbone area, if extra pressure relief is needed for the coccyx.
