Instructions on How to Use Surgilast Tubular Elastic Dressing:
1. Wash hands with soap and water, and dry thoroughly
2. Measure the area of the wound and assess to make sure Surgilast Tubular Elastic Dressing will provide an adequate wrap for the wound
3. Place wound on a clean, dry surface
4. Apply a thin layer of topical antibiotic (if required by doctor) to the wound site
5. Apply the Surgilast Tubular Elastic Dressing starting at the lowermost point of the wound, and spiral upward around the wound (i.e start from the toes - then foot - then ankle- then up the leg)
6. Overlap the edges of the dressing by roughly one inch as you apply the strips to the wound
7. Secure the ends of the Surgilast Tubular Elastic Dressing with tapes (or other skin friendly adhesives)
8. Inspect the dressing regularly and replace when necessary
