Reducing Stress Can Help Reduce Seasonal Allergy Symptoms

Researchers from the OhioStateUniversity found that those with higher stress levels were almost twice as likely as those with low stress levels to have more frequent and more severe allergy attacks.   While reducing stress levels won’t completely alleviate allergy symptoms, research shows that it will help decrease the severity of allergy attacks.
