It was only ten days ago that we gave you an update on Mountainside Medical Equipment's operations in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. In those ten days so much has changed, both in our home state of New York and the rest of the country. All nonessential businesses in New York State have been shut down for the time being, but we'd like to reassure you that Mountainside Medical Equipment is open!
As a medical supplier, we are considered an essential business and you can still order from us. However, because of the current situation, stock and purchasing will be impacted here at MME. For more information, read on!
We are still accepting online orders for anything we have in stock. However, many things are back-ordered and difficult to replenish. If we have what you're looking for on our site, do not hesitate to order.
We're also receiving a large volume of orders right now, which has impacted our shipping times. When ordering from us, you may have a shipping delay of up to 2 weeks longer than normal. We're sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, and are working hard to fulfill your orders as soon as possible.
For our local customers who may be used to visiting our storefront, we will try our best to fulfill your needs, but at this time we regret to say that we are not accepting walk-in customers.
