These awards, hosted by the Utica Observer-Dispatch newspaper, celebrate and recognize the best local businesses in New York’s Mohawk Valley region. The Best of the Best awards, also known as the Best of Mohawk Valley awards, occur yearly, with awards given to area businesses, schools, services, and individuals. After an open nomination stage in which community residents submit names for consideration, the nominees with the most votes move onto the final voting stage. Mountainside Medical Equipment is one of five finalists for Best Medical Supply Store.
