Directions for use:

• Place the Skil-Care E-Z Transfer Slider Pommel Wheelchair Cushion on the wheelchair seat
• Secure rear safety strap around the back of the chair and the other around the bottom of the seat
• Remove the Velcro® attached side control pommel
• Seat the patient and reattach the pommel so that the web loop faces front
• Remove pommel before removing patient from the chair
