Desonide, USP (Micronized) is a medical grade corticosteroid that is used in skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis. It is a potent anti-inflammatory agent and also has antipruritic (anti-itch) properties. It is available in a micronized form, which means that it is finely divided and has smaller particle size compared to regular desonide, which allows for better absorption by the skin.
