Acticoat Burn Dressing is a non-adherent, silver anti-microbial barrier dressing. Designed to protect against pathogens without delaying wound healing. The immediate and controlled release of ionic silver allows the dressing to remain in place for an extended period. Acticoat delivers 3 days of uninterrupted antimicrobial activity. In other words, Acticoat burn dressing is made to help reduce the risk of infection in partial-and full-thickness wounds, including pressure ulcers, venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers, first-and-second degree burns, and donor sites. May also be used over debrided and grafted partial-thickness wounds. 12 dressings per box.
