How do I unlock prescription (Rx) products?
Email or attach a copy of your current medical license. Once verified (usually within 1 business day) we unlock Rx ordering on your account.

What is your return policy?
Unopened, non Rx items are returnable within 30 days. Choose "Returns / billing" and we’ll email a prepaid label if eligible.
