Tretinoin Gel 0.025% works by increasing cell turnover in the outer layer of your skin. It decreases melanin formulated in the deepest layers, helping give your face an even tone. Tretinoin Gel 0.025% also extends deep into the tissue to encourage collagen production. The combination of this results in more vibrant and luminous skin. The gel shows optimal results when used over a three to six month duration and when applied twice a day. Along with hydrating the skin well an exfoliating one – two times a week will help enhance the effects from using Tretinoin Gel 0.025%. In conclusion, its active ingredient helps retexture and refine skin by an accelerated barrier restorative process. Thus allowing for a visible decrease in facial lines and pore size.
