Mountainside can ONLY Ship RX items to approved healthcare professionals.
Mountainside Medical DOES NOT fill any prescriptions for Individuals. We strictly only sell RX items to medical professionals with valid medical licenses, like Doctors, Medical clinics, Hospitals, Nursing homes, and Government agencies. If we receive any order for RX Items for an individual that do not have a valid medical license, the order will be discarded immediately. We are a medical supply chain wholesaler that works will medical professionals directly, so they can perform the best care possible.
Prescription / RX items cannot be returned due to federal regulations on temperature control standards.
Drug Ordering Process
How to Order Rx Items:
1. Create an Account by clicking Login and then create account.
2. Go to any restricted item or RX item and click Verify in the red box that says License required.
3. Upload your license and credentials for instant verification. If the document fails and requires manual review we will be notified to review and unlock your account usually within the hour during the business hours. M-F 9am to 330pm EST.

Login & Order but please note: RX items only ship Mondays & Tuesdays in the winter because we are in NY and these are temperature regulated. RX items are non returnable per FDA guideline.

Mountainside Medical WILL NOT fill and orders with RX items that DO NOT come through this website for verification first. If orders are sent though other websites, they will be disregarded upon submission.

Mountainside Medical DOES NOT accept patient insurance or work with any insurance companies to fulfill Prescriptions drugs. We only work with the Medical professionals directly and DO NOT handle any type of insurance.
