It also helps prevent or to correct hypocalcemia. This medication is a clear, colorless to light yellow solution.

Common symptoms of hypocalcemia include muscle cramps, numbness, tingling, and seizures. Treatment for hypocalcemia may include increasing calcium intake, medications, or surgery.
