Lidocaine 2.5% with Prilocaine 2.5% Cream is a topical anesthetic cream used for numbing the skin prior to medical procedures or for temporary relief of pain and itching caused by minor skin conditions, such as sunburn or insect bites. It contains two active ingredients, lidocaine and prilocaine, both of which are local anesthetics that work by blocking nerve signals in the skin. Lidocaine 2.5% with Prilocaine 2.5% Cream contains 2 amide-type local anesthetics, lidocaine and prilocaine.
