Allevyn Gentle has an advanced triple-layered construction which combines an absorbent hydrocellular pad sandwiched between a perforated soft gel adhesive wound contact layer and a highly permeable waterproof outer film. This is fantastic new dressing that is different from the regular Allevyn dressings, the soft gel adhesive is throughout the whole dressing, are not just on the borders, and this gives a tighter, more secure fit for a full 7 days.
