Using Gel-Kam

Adults and children 12 years of age and older:

1) Brush and floss thoroughly then rinse toothbrush

2) Apply Gel-Kam to brush bristles and brush thoroughly

3) After one minute, spit out

4) Do not rinse, eat, or drink for 30 minutes

5) Use once a day for cavity prevention, twice a day for sensitivity
