Directions

1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before testing.
2. Insert a Contour Next Test Strip into the Contour Next One meter; the meter will turn on automatically.
3. Use the lancing device to obtain a blood sample from your fingertip or an alternate site as recommended.
4. Touch the blood drop to the test strip tip. The smart sip-in technology quickly draws in the sample.
5. smartLIGHT™ color range indicator will show your result in just 5 seconds (green=target, yellow=low, red=high).
6. Connect meter to the Contour Diabetes App via Bluetooth for automatic logging and additional insights.
7. Safely dispose of used test strip and lancet.
