How to buy prescription items
Rx and license-required products need a verified license on your account. You do this once, and it unlocks every Rx item in the store.
-
Create an account or sign in
Verification is stored on your account, so sign in before you start. Guest checkout cannot be used for Rx items.
-
Click Verify on the product
Any item that needs a license shows this badge where the Add to Cart button normally sits.
License required Verify → -
Fill the Rx Apply form
Name, email, license number, NPI number, state, and an upload of your license document. Takes about two minutes.
-
Our team reviews it
The badge changes to Under manual review. Most licenses are cleared within 1 business day. You can keep browsing while you wait.
