Replesta NX is a once-weekly vitamin D supplement that provides you with the equivalent of 2,000 IU per day of vitamin D. With Replesta NX it is easy to take advantage of the positive health benefits of vitamin D.


Replesta is a medical food that provides the distinct nutritional requirements to manage vitamin D deficiency and help replenish vitamin D stores. Once vitamin D sufficiency is achieved it is often necessary to take a vitamin D supplement to maintain vitamin D levels above 30 ng/mL. Studies have shown that many adults
require 1,500 – 2,000 IU per day of vitamin D to maintain these levels.

Directions:

Replesta NX should be taken with the largest meal of the day.
Adults 18 years and over
Take 1 Replesta NX once weekly (every seven days) or as directed by your health care provider. Wafers
must be chewed or crushed. Do not swallow whole wafers. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Please note an alternate, patient-specific dosing schedule may have been recommended by your
health care provider. Take as directed by your health care provider.

Contraindications:
Replesta NX should not be used in people with hypercalcemia, primary hyperparathyroidism, sarcoidosis,
hypervitaminosis D or Williams syndrome. Do not use if you are pregnant.
