This sturdy earwax syringe is very well made in Pakistan of stainless steel. I recommend the largest size, the 4 ounce to really blast the debris from your ear canal. A blast or two with warm water and it will clear out a completely blocked ear. It's the same thing the doctor uses and then charges you $200.00 for the visit. Chances are if you need it once you'll need it again too. I recommend you also purchase a curved dish to catch the water and debris otherwise it makes a mess. Yes, this is the "bees knees" and works great!! Do it yourself and keep the extra money in your pocket.

Unable to even unscrew the syringe to fill with water. What are the pieces included and how to attach them? I do not expect medical advice, but need to know how to use the syringe.
