I love this company, and am a repeat customer. This shipment was not a 100% perfect like every other order I've made. The lid to one of my wipe containers was off and the product was exposed and the wipes were dry. I wasn't happy to see this given the price per container. The other 6 were in perfect condition though. This company and the products are still worth the 5 stars, just was disappointed with the 1 tub.

I received what I ordered, and the smell is not bad too. I’d suggest some bubble wrap to protect the package because the lid got cracked during shipment, but that’s not a big deal to me although some one else may get upset.

I did receive the Clorox Healthcare Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfectant Wipes 155 Count about 3 weeks ago. The lid was off so all of the solution was all over the packaging, there was no seal on the container under the lid so I question the actual number of wipes and the medical asepsis of the wipes themselves.
I immediately reported the damaged package to Mountainside Medical Equipment and was asked if I would like another container sent. I said yes, and have not heard anything from your company. I reached back out as to the status last week and still have not received a reply.
I can not recommend this company for their products or customer service based on my experience. I would love feedback from this company as to how they are going to handle this situation.
