It is free of soap, alcohol, and other harsh chemicals, and is gentle enough for daily use. The cleanser is enriched with glycerin and other natural ingredients that help to moisturize and protect the skin. It is also pH balanced to help maintain the skin's natural acid mantle.

Wound care cleansers are designed to cleanse and protect wounds. They work by removing debris and bacteria from the wound, and by forming a protective barrier over the wound that helps keep out bacteria and other contaminants. Some wound care cleansers also contain wound-healing agents that help promote wound healing.

Dermal Wound Cleanser is a alcohol-free wound cleaner that disinfects and gently removes debris and dead skin from the wound without scrubbing. Adjustable nozzle trigger-spray bottle gently dislodges wound debris and slough with a direct stream or the wound can be lightly irrigated by using a fine mist spray.

Disappointed and will NOT ouse this company again.

I placed an order with Mountainside Medical on August 12, 2025 and paid extra for FedEx shipping. When my order arrived, several items were damaged, including leaking bottles that ruined the rest of the package. I immediately reached out to the company on August 19, 2025 and, to this day August 26, 2025, I have received no response whatsoever.

This is completely unacceptable. Not only did I pay for shipping that clearly did not protect my items, but the company has failed to acknowledge or resolve the issue. Poor customer service, lack of communication, and no accountability.

I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from this company again. I strongly caution others before making a purchase.
