This Welch Allyn 110-130V, 50/60 Hz AC adapter charger transformer is intended to be used with Welch Allyn instruments #92000, 14010, 14000, and 92680. When using this charger a fully drained battery will obtain a full charge overnight. Instruments should not be used while connected to the charger.

This Welch Allyn 110-130V, 50/60 Hz AC adapter charger transformer is designed for use with either 2.5V or 3.5V rechargeable instruments. This charger is compatible with the following Welch Allyn instruments:

  • SureSight Autorefractor #14010
  • SureSight Vision Screener #14000
  • AudioScope 3 Screening Audiometer #92680

Notes:

  • Diagnostic instruments should not be used while they are charging

Charger Instructions:

  1. Plug into a 110-130 V, 50-60 Hz A.C. receptacle
  2. Connect the charging plug to the charger socket on the instrument or charging stand.
  3. Support the instrument while charging… don’t hang the instrument by its charging cord.
  4. The batteries won’t overcharge; a completely drained battery will obtain a full charge overnight.
