Tretinoin

Tretinoin is a topical medication primarily used to treat acne. It works by promoting skin cell turnover, which helps prevent the clogging of pores and reduces the formation of acne. Additionally, tretinoin is effective in minimizing fine wrinkles, improving skin texture and discoloration, and treating sun-damaged skin, hence it's used in some anti-aging treatments. As a retinoid, it's a derivative of vitamin A, enhancing skin renewal and resulting in clearer, smoother, and more evenly pigmented skin.
