Children 6-8 years old (48-59 lbs) should take 1 caplet after the first loose stool, and ½ caplet after each subsequent loose stool, not exceeding 2 caplets in 24 hours. Children 9-11 years old (60-95) should take 1 caplet after the first loose stool, ½ caplet after each subsequent loose stool, not exceeding 3 caplets in 24 hours. Those 12 years of age and older should take 2 caplets after the first loose stool, and 1 caplet after each subsequent loose stool, not exceeding 4 caplets in 24 hours. For children ages 2-5 (34-47 lbs), consult a doctor. Not for children under 2 years old.
