I REALLY like this toothpaste! I use it once a day and it makes my teeth feel stronger and really reduces my tooth sensitivity of which I have a lot, since I’ve had extensive gum surgery. I’m better able to enjoy hot and cold foods now. I use the toothpaste as follows: Each morning and night I brush with regular toothpaste. Then at night, following regular toothpaste brushing, I squeeze out about 3/4” of MI Paste on my finger and run that over my teeth and let the toothpaste just soak in for about 10 minutes before drinking any water. A delicious sweet snack before bed! (FYI, I buy the MI Paste NOT the MI Paste Plus because I don’t want to ingest floride.)

Love the sweet taste in the evening and a cleaner sweeter mouthfeel in the morning.

My son has enamel decay and this has helped so much to strengthen his remaining enamel and helpEd SO MUCH with his sensitivity to cold foods. We’re on our second bottle and the application is so easy especially because it works with saliva and he’s a drooly teething 2 year old. No fights ever doing it, and he’s a busy crazy guy. I think bc he loves the flavor-we got tutti fruitti. Thankful for this product and the timely shipping/arrival! Awesome!
