Instructions for flushing and irrigating:
- While in the shower or leaning over the sink, position yourself so that your head is slightly tilted towards one side
- Gently insert the dispenser nozzle into one nostril (nozzle is designed to prevent over insertion)
- Press down on the textured nozzle button to disperse a gentle mist
- Allow the mist to fill the sinus passage and flow out the nostrils
- Repeat procedure with the other nostril
Instructions for moisturizing and hydrating:
