I ordered this product and was anxious to begin the process of improving this problem. The kit arrived missing the most important part of it—the piece that delivers electrical impulses to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. It was worthless without it and I have yet to receive the missing piece after two phone calls. I don’t know if the product works or not because I can’t use it though I would’ve liked to have tried something to help.
