How to use OneLax Magnesium Citrate Saline Laxative Oral Solution:
1. Shake the bottle before use to ensure proper mixing of the solution.
2. Measure out the recommended dose using the measuring cup included with the bottle. The usual recommended dosage is 1 to 4 tablespoons per day.
3. Pour the measured dose into a glass or mix with water to dilute it according to your preference. Lemon flavor is added to improve the taste of the solution.
4. Drink the solution immediately. Do not store diluted solution for later use.
5. Wait for the laxative effect to occur. This usually happens within 30 minutes to 6 hours after ingestion.
6. It is important to drink plenty of water or clear liquids while using OneLax Magnesium Citrate Saline Laxative. This is to prevent dehydration and to aid in the effectiveness of the solution.
7. Do not take this laxative for more than 7 days unless directed by a doctor.
