Each rounded tablespoon of Reguloid contains:

• 3.4 g Psyllium Husk
• 30 mg potassium
• 5 mg sodium

Directions:

• Adults and children 12 years and over: Mix one (1) rounded tablespoon with at least 8 onces (oz) of water or other fluid. Take up to 3 times daily.
• For children 6 to under 12 years: 1/2 adult dose in 8 oz of liquid, up to 3 times daily.
• For children under 6 years: ask a doctor
