Warnings: For external use only. Do not use in the eyes. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients do not use and speak with your doctor. Do not use over large areas of your body. Do not use longer than 1 week unless directed by your doctor. If condition persists or gets worse stop use and seek medical help immediately. If a rash or other allergic reaction develops immediately stop using and speak with your doctor.

- Bacitracin Zinc 400 units
- Neomycin Sulfate 5 mg (Equivalent to 3.5 mg Neomycin)
- Polymyxin B Sulfate 5000 units
Inactive ingredients: White petrolatum
Directions: Children and Adults: Clean affected area. Topical: Apply 1-3 times/day to infected area; may cover with a sterile bandage as needed.
