Description
BD 305945 Tuberculin Syringe with SafetyGlide Needles are a device used to inject a measured dose of medication. The syringe has a 27 gauge x 1/2 inch needle that is protected by a safety mechanism. The needle is inserted into the medication vial and the plunger is pulled back to draw up the desired amount of medication. The safety mechanism is then released, which covers the needle and protects the user from accidental puncture. The syringe is then inserted into the patient's skin and the plunger is pushed forward to inject the medication.
