Directions:

For infants:
- Position the child on their back with their head between your knees
- Use a warm moist cloth or cotton swab to gently remove excess mucus
- Use one hand to hold the baby’s hands
- Use your other hand to put 2 to 6 drops in each of the baby’s nostrils, using caution to make sure the dropper tip doesn’t touch the hands, nose, or nasal secretions
- For best results, keep the child laying on their back for 1 to 2 minutes
- Use a tissue to gently wipe the nose, or use a nasal aspirator or bulb syringe
