Directions for Use

  1. Prime the Spray: If using for the first time or after 3+ days of non-use, prime by pressing the pump 4 times.
  2. Blow Nose Gently: Clear nasal passages before use.
  3. Administer Dose:
    • Remove cap and insert sprayer tip into one nostril.
    • Close the other nostril with a finger.
    • Tilt head slightly forward and spray while gently inhaling.
    • Repeat for the other nostril.
  4. Wipe and Replace Cap after each use.

Dosage Instructions (Per CDC & Manufacturer Guidelines)

Adults and Children (12+ years):

  • Standard Dose: 1-2 sprays per nostril, twice daily

Children aged 6-11 years:

  • Standard Dose: 1 spray per nostril, twice daily
