Directions for Use
- Prime the Spray: If using for the first time or after 3+ days of non-use, prime by pressing the pump 4 times.
- Blow Nose Gently: Clear nasal passages before use.

- Remove cap and insert sprayer tip into one nostril.
- Close the other nostril with a finger.
- Tilt head slightly forward and spray while gently inhaling.
- Repeat for the other nostril.
