          Exactly like the ones I used growing up. Perfect to last a month, cheap enough to put a couple in each grace bag for homeless...we make 50 a month. I love working with Mountainside Medical. Shipping was about 3 weeks from order to my door, which was fine with me even though I am spoiled with Amazon's next day deliveries, but something buyers should be prepared for. My order was intact even though the box looked like FedEx dragged it benind their truck rather than carried it in the truck.
