Cyklokapron (Tranexamic acid) is a drug that inhibits the breakdown of fibrinogen, a protein in the blood that helps with clotting. Cyklokapron is used to treat heavy menstrual bleeding and bleeding after childbirth. Cyklokapron is available as a tablet and an injection.

What are the benefits of taking Cyklokapron?
Cyklokapron can help to reduce menstrual bleeding by up to 80%. It can also help to reduce the amount of blood lost after childbirth by up to 50%.
