Use aseptic technique. TO FILL CONTAINER: • Insert additive port into receptacle and seat firmly. • Cleanse injection site of additive port with antiseptic. • Use transfer method of choice. Do not use larger than 16-Gauge needle. • Remove needle from additive port. • Mix container contents thoroughly. • Label appropriately and use promptly. • Adhere to storage requirements of added medications.

Before administration, check for minute leaks by squeezing container firmly. If leaks are found, discard solution as sterility may be impaired. Fluid path and areas beneath intact port cover and reseal are sterile and nonpyrogenic. Discard after single patient use. Do not resterilize. Made in Dominican Republic.
