Mechanism of Action for Jantoven Warfarin Sodium 3 mg:

Jantoven Warfarin Sodium 3 mg works as an anticoagulant (blood thinner) by interfering with the normal production of certain clotting factors in the liver. It inhibits the action of vitamin K, which is necessary for the production of clotting factors II, VII, IX, and X. Without these clotting factors, the blood will take longer to clot, reducing the risk of blood clots in the body.
