Solosite Gel is typically used on superficial and partial thickness wounds, such as burns, pressure ulcers, blisters, and skin tears. It can also be used on surgical incisions or donor sites. Solosite Gel helps to soothe and protect the wound and can also aid in pain relief.

Solosite Wound Gel is a transparent, colorless, viscous gel that is used to manage and promote the healing of wounds. It is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, and non-irritating preparation that is composed of 100% solids. The gel is composed of a hydrophilic polymer and a water-soluble salt. When applied to a wound, the gel forms a moist environment that helps to remove necrotic tissue and debris, and to promote wound healing. The hydrophilic polymer binds to water and helps to keep the wound moist. The water-soluble salt helps to solubilize necrotic tissue and debris, and to promote wound healing.
SoloSite Gel is a non-cytotoxic hydrogel that creates a moist wound environment. Solosite hydrates granulation tissue and rehydrate eschar and slough, liquefying the necrotic tissue in acute and chronic wounds. Solosite has preservatives that are added to help prevent bacterial growth and maximize healing time. SoloSite works best on partial-and full-thickness acute and chronic wounds, such as skin tears, pressure ulcers, and venous leg ulcers. 3 ounce tube.
