Woun'des is used by healthcare professionals to manage, venous stasis ulcers, superficial wounds, scrapes, first-and second-degree burns, and partial-and full-thickness wounds. Woun'dres may also be used on tunneling wounds, infected and non-infected wounds, and wounds with minimal or moderate drainage, wounds with Serosanguineous Drainage, yellow and black wounds. Woun'Dres is a clear hydrogel that add moisture and re-hydrates dry wounds for optimal healing. Woun'Dres Collagen Hydrogel gently absorbs exudate while protecting newly developed granulation tissue and promoting autolytic debridement.
